CORPORATE SUPPORTWe welcome support from the corporate sector – via membership, staff volunteering and secondments, workplace giving, sponsorships and scholorships, to name but a few. As a charitable organisation and as one of only two research institutes in Australia dedicated specifically to investigating lung disease LIWA relies on the generosity of individuals and organisations to be able to carry out its work. Support from the Corporate Sector is increasingly important to our research and all supporters can be assured any funding received from corporate members goes directly towards the funding of LIWA and its research, helping us better understand, treat and ultimately defeat Lung Disease. What corporate membership can do for your organisationBecoming a corporate member of LIWA is a clear demonstration of your organisation’s commitment to helping the six million Australians affected by Lung Disease. You will be supporting research projects that may ultimately benefit and improve people’s lives. Being a Corporate Member can help to make your staff feel good about the organisation they work for, and give a positive impression to your customers, suppliers and the communities in which you operate. What LIWA doesThe Lung Institute of Western Australia (LIWA) is a leading research organisation dedicated to fighting diseases such as asthma, chronic bronchitis & emphysema (COPD), bronchiectasis, lung cancer and pneumonia.
