GRANTS AND AWARDS

LIWA is proud to once again be offering three $50,000 research grants to support the investigation of specific areas of lung disease.

The Lung Institute of Western Australia invites respiratory researchers who are working in the areas of a) infectious lung disease and b) sarcoidosis and other granulomatous lung diseases to apply for its community supported research grants.

These grants have been made possible through donations to the Institute by individuals and organisations who share our commitment to fighting lung disease through world class research.

LIWA honours this commitment by providing all respiratory researchers in Western Australia the opportunity to compete for these grants on alternate years. Collaborative initiatives are welcomed.
